Thanks so much for all your kind comments and support last week as I prepared for the six part series I am teaching called The Glass Slipper. I'm delighted you enjoyed the stuff from the Octamom deep freeze and are now caught up on all things tapeworms, malfuntioning nursing bras and distraction parenting techniques.
Several of you were curious as to what I was up to last week, so I thought I would share. I'm honored to be teaching a class for my church that has been a while in the making. This is a message I have had stirred in my heart in various shades and strengths for years. It seeks to help women understand who they truly are, outside of culture, stereotypes, roles and expectations. For those of you who are interested, I'd be happy for you to visit my main web site, www.juliecarr.org, and to also take a gander at www.glassslipperonline.org. I'll be working this week to get the audio from the first session posted and to also post class notes and handouts.
But you Octamom-ers, never fear. As I was trying to be organized and diligent this last week, there were a plethora of adventures to be had, several of which had me scrambling for the camera. I'll get you all caught up in no time to the mayhem and merriment that skips along the floors of this house and gets unknown gunk trapped in the grout.
