Happy New Year!So I've kicked off the New Year by already pulling an insomniac session in the wee hours and then finally falling back asleep, only to wake up late and now scrambling to catch up on that New Year's Resolution new schedule.
But perhaps that's actually a good way to kick off the year. Because that is the reality of developing and executing resolutions.
You're going to get sidetracked from time to time.
Over this week, I'll be posting a series of ideas on this whole idea of resolutions, goals and schedules. A new year is a natural good start to reflecting on where you are and where you want to be.
But, ironically, I'll be having some New Year's crow today and will be frantically sprinting to catch up.
Which should dovetail with a resolution to extend mercy more frequently. Even to myself.
