I blogged a while back about the Mamasenioritis I've been experiencing as 2 of 8 moves through her final year of competitive dance.
Our dance company has a Christmas party each year, complete with all of its own traditions and excitement.
And this is the last year 2 of 8 will participate. Gulp.
This Mamasenioritis thing. It comes in waves, I'm learning.
So we snapped a ton of pictures. And made sure to get her with a bunch of her dance buddies. Which meant that I didn't get as many of 5 and 6 of 8, who also participate in dance company.
Gotta fix that.
And here's my challenge to you. As the family photographer/scrapbooker/historian, I actually have not done a good job of getting pictures of myself with my kiddos. But I did at the Christmas party. Do as I say, not as I negligently do. Get pictures of yourself with each of your children. Often. It's important.
And make sure your roots are touched up right before you do. Sheesh. Again, as I say, not as I do.
