I don't want to alarm you. But you need to know this.
A week in.
I know. I know. Me too. I just about had a panic attack.
Work has been wonderful and crazy and my desk is piled high, high, high.
And my memory card on my camera is jam-packed.
And my blog has been gathering dust. So I'm breaking out a little bloggy housekeeping and will be getting some things updated.
This girl turned 22 the week of Thanksgiving...
She's in her final couple of semesters with The School That Produces Longhorn Scholars and is sorting through all her options for post-graduate and doctoral work. It's such a joy to have her with us as she finishes up her undergrad work~~I love that the younger kids get to have a childhood with her so actively involved. Very sweet.
And this guy?
He turned 16 the week of Thanksgiving. And probably grew another couple of inches in the doing. He's taller than his daddy now and is quite delighted by that fact. He thoroughly enjoyed (not) his experience of getting his learner's permit and was quite impressed (not) with the efficiency and logic of the driver's license office....
And yours truly had a birthday the week of Thanksgiving as well. Gulp. How do the numbers on my birthday cakes keep jumping up there so fast?
After celebrating triple birthdays, it was time to load up on even more treats for Thanksgiving...
4 of 8 served as my primary photographer for T-Day and she did an amazing job capturing all the sights and sounds and activities of the day...
There are loads more pictures to get edited and posted, many more stories to tell. And should really be done before the next Big Day arrives in just two-and-a-half weeks.
Gonna have to leave some dust on the blog. Feel free to write your name and leave a smiley face. Watch out for the dust bunnies. I'll circle back very soon.
